The Coconut Processing

Coconut is propagated through seedings raised from selected seed nuts. Generally 9 to 12 month old seedings are used for planting.
Prepairing
Soil moisture very often limits coconut production in those areas where a long spell of dry weather prevails or where the rainfall is scanty and ill-distributed. So irrigate the palms during summer months in basins around the palm. The irrigation requirement varies according to the soil type and climatic conditions. Generally, an adult palm requires 600 to 800 liters of water once in four to seven days.

In 2019, Flora Capital opened a new packing unit specifically for young aromatic coconuts in response to strong demand from overseas. In 2019, we opened a packing unit for Young Aromatic Coconuts on company-owned land in Ratchburi province. The unit has a daily output capacity of 30,000 pieces, and it was designed with the needs of our customers in mind so that we can help them meet their sales goals. Products are sourced directly from certified farms that pay close attention to every step of the process, from the sourcing and selection of high-quality seed nuts to the management of soil quality and irrigation to guarantee that the coconut trees receive the water and nutrients they require.
