Long Kong is often called the "Jewel of the South" in Thailand. While it looks similar to its cousin, the Langsat, Long Kong is the superior variety, prized for its thick, leathery skin that is easy to peel and—most importantly—completely free of sticky white latex. Inside, you’ll find translucent, pearl-like segments that offer a burst of refreshing tropical sweetness.
Season: Typically harvested from late summer through autumn (June to October), depending on the region.
